One-Day ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Course with On-line or Print Exam Option:

Monday, March 16, 2026      10:30 AM-6:00 PM

Description:  In-person instruction provided. Includes a ServSafe® Manager textbook [OPTIONAL], practice quizzes, exam answer sheet, and exam administration. Instruction is followed by a 90-question on-line exam for same-day results or print-based exam.  Upon successful completion of the 2-hour exam, proof of certification as a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) may be printed at the ServSafe.com website. The cost of lunch is included in the registration fee.

WHERE/WHEN:  At your preferred location, training is brought to you. Time slot options available between the hours of 9 AM – 8 PM  ANY DAY OF THE WEEK, determined upon consultation

Food Allergen Awareness Training Description: Designed to meet Updated Georgia Rules and Regulations for Food Service requirements for food worker training and public notification regarding food allergens.  Instruction to help educate food handlers, food service operators, and food safety professionals regarding the following:  recognition of common food allergens; understanding the effects of food allergens on the body; prevention of cross-contact; and recognition of & response to allergic reactions. Upon successful completion of the quiz presented at the end, a certificate of completion is provided.    [Food Allergen session is 2-hours]     If purchased separately: $250 for 10 attendees 

ServSafe® Food Handler Training Description: Food workers are instructed in basic food handling principles to help control risk factors for foodborne illness and receive a ServSafe ® Food Handler Guide booklet.  A ServSafe® Food Handler Certificate of Achievement will be presented upon successful completion of a 40-question assessment.  [Food Handler session is 2  1/2-hours]    If purchased separately: $250 for 10 attendees
