One-Day ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Course

Description:  In-person instruction provided. Includes a ServSafe® Manager 7th edition textbook [OPTIONAL], practice quizzes, exam answer sheet, and exam administration. Instruction is followed by a 90-question exam which is limited to 2 hours. Upon successful completion, proof of certification as a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) may be printed at the ServSafe.com website. The cost of lunch is included in the registration fee, however, donation towards the tip to the facility is welcomedNEW TEST OPTION:  At the end of the class, the candidate may choose to take the exam online or print based.

Food Allergen Awareness Training

Description: In-person instruction provided to help educate food handlers, food service operators, and food safety professionals regarding the following:  recognition of common food allergens; understanding the effects of food allergens on the body; prevention of cross-contact; and recognition of & response to allergic reactions.  The presentation of current information regarding allergens and use of scenarios will help to protect customers with food allergies and help food service operations to comply with the Georgia Rules and Regulations Governing Food Service. Upon successful completion of the quiz presented at the end, a certificate of completion is provided.  A light lunch is included in the registration fee. Total time of session is 2 hours.
