One-Day ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Course with On-line or Print Exam Option:

Description: In-person instruction provided. Includes a ServSafe® Manager textbook [OPTIONAL], practice quizzes, exam answer sheet, and exam administration. Instruction is followed by a 90-question on-line exam for same-day results or print-based exam. Upon successful completion of the 2-hour exam, proof of certification as a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) may be printed at the ServSafe.com website. The cost of lunch is included in the registration fee. And, yes, your non-distracting Star Wars paraphernalia is welcomed. 😊

Food Allergen Awareness Training Description: Designed to meet Updated Georgia Rules and Regulations for Food Service requirements for food worker training and public notification regarding food allergens; however, persons from the general public that are interested in food allergen safety are welcomed to attend. Instruction provided to help the recognition of the 9 major food allergens; understanding the effects of food allergens on the body; prevention of cross-contact; and recognition of & response to allergic reactions. A certificate of training completion is awarded after final assessment. [The Food Allergen session is 2-hours]
