- Georgia Food Service Rules and Regulations [511-6-1] Revised 2/12/2025:
The revision of the Rules reflects the adoption of the 2022 FDA Food Code. Some of the main changes reflect modifications to time and temperature combination requirements for certain raw animal foods; requirements affecting the authorization of mobile food service establishments; changes to definitions; a new provision regarding food donations; revising the temperature requirements for handwash sinks; allowance for centralized water heaters in food halls and commissaries; and the introduction of sesame as a major food allergen along with requirements for food allergen notification to customers.
- Overview of Emergency Operation Plans for Water Interruption and Their Development: A 15-minute overview of the need for–and key components of–an approved emergency operation plan that can be activated in the event of an interruption of water for 2 or more hours.
